Blue Ele Refund Policy
Your 100% satisfaction with the Blue Ele products is what we expect from our customers. Please return the product(s) you bought if you found it unsatisfactory for any reason within 30 days from the date you purchased it. You will be given a full refund except for the shipping charges. We only accept returned items that are new and unused. The original packaging is also required. We only accept used products to the extent that they are found with manufacturer defect(s). In case the product(s) purchased by you were damaged by misuse or accident drop, or damaged from regular wear and tear, no refund shall be given considering they are not defects.
